Monday saw the bankroll move ahead $321 on a 5-3 overall day,
including a perfect 3-0 on BEST BET selections. BEST BETS for Monday
included the Mets +119, Florida +105, and the Angels -137. Both the
Mets and Angels both jump to huge leads in their respective contests
only to see the leads shrivel up as the games wound down. Fortunately,
both teams held on for victories and the Marlins were able to take
care of the Padres. All three BB's for Monday were road teams. After a
2-1 effort with the BB's on Sunday, top plays have hit for a solid 5-1
the last two days with the only losing play being on the Red Sox +148
on Sunday, in their 5-4 loss to the Yankees.
Full slate of action is on tap for Tuesday and I have found three
plays that I feel are solid shots at winning their contests. Pick up
on the 3-pack for only $10, and two of the three must hit for you or
your money will be promptly REFUNDED. Tuesday's BEST BETS will be of
the same configuration as Monday with one favorite and two underdog
plays.....and these are what I consider to be the plays with the "best
odds" on Tuesday. All daily plays, including the BEST BETS, can be

The Twins got a great start out of Scott Baker, but in the end it
was frittered away as the Red Sox manage to pull out a 1-0 victory
over the visiting Twins. Twins had several scoring chances late, but
squandered them all, including a bases loaded one-out sitution in the
7th. Papelbon comes in a gets the Twins 1-2-3 in the 9th for the Red
Sox.....where was that Sunday night?
For the Tuesday free selection, I will be trying to bounce back
into the win column as I back the Nationals with Odalis Perez as they
host the Arizona Diamondbacks. With Webb starting for the D'Backs I'm
not saying it is going to be easy, but my numbers show the line
favoring Arizona a little too much. Brandon Webb hasn't been the
unhittable hurler he was earlier in the season, and Nationals are as
good at home as the D'Backs are on the road.....give me the juice and
the Nationals in this one.
