I never heard of any red Ostriches. This one was definitely reddish rather
than the primarily brownish most are and over two feet tall. He ran across
the road about 80 feet in front of me and jumped a seven foot wide ditch
without breaking stride.

Are you trying to say the burgers weren't beef?
