Why is someone who makes a company more efficient have no benefit to
society ?? Here's what downsizing does ... it cuts the fat ... closes
down losing operations, and leaves a profitable company afterwards ...

I say this not as a downsizer ... but as a victim twice and one who
benefitted once ... It was always the right thing to do ... Society
does not benefit from unprofitable enterprises being artificially
maintained ...

I do agree with you that the Constitution only gives the Government
certain rights ... the people have the others not enumerated ...
