With KK you still want to thin the field to heads-up if you can. A raise
to $1.50 when there was already $1.35 in the pot (if I'm reading your
description correctly) and the two already in who only have to drop
another $1 each ain't gonna' do that. And while the flop call w/4h6h
sucked, betting $22 into a $4.85 pot was just silly. Why risk your whole
stack when you only need to bet enough to ruin his odds and make a call
incorrect?
