Questions For Russ

by BeaForoni <BeaForoni@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 11, 2008 at 11:11 AM

The Omaha tournement that Russ Georgiev played sure changed my
opinion of him. I have a lot more respect for his poker philosophy and
abilities.

I re-read his web-sites and realized that he does have ideas and
skills, but he does not like to share them with others unless he can
make a profit on them. I guess that is his choice and I have to
respect it. Many times when Russ posts on a subject he appears to be a
blowhard, but now thinking back I understand he doesn't give out
subsitent information unless there is a short term gain involving
money.

Still, I am going to ask a few questions, hoping he will respond,
because he is the only person I respect when it comes to cheating in
poker.

Russ, is there a place where I can play poker and be assured of a
fair game? Should I not send money to PS because of irregularities.
What about those state run card clubs in Wa****ngton? Are there any
that aren't s**** pits of cheating? Any thoughts on Indian Casinos? Is
there anyplace where a small stakes player won't be eaten alive by
high rakes and card sharps? Is there any advatage to playing at higher
stakes?

I am asking for your opinion because I am considering never playing
again, at least not playing with winning as the main goal.
