Was there in fact a prop bet and did Russ in fact win the bet as it was
made?
what was all the whining about the 'timing out"?
I saw some posts eluding to the tactic of stalling till the bubble. I
think this is ok to win the prop bet but the math is absolutely horrible
if one is intending to show a profit by playing in this manner .. without
a prop bet involved.
And if there was a genuine bet.. who paid and who didnt ?
