OT: What Would be a Good Business?

Hello All,

I am in the process of trying to start a business.  I have read many
books, done a ton of research et.  I am meeting with a 'mentor' that was
provided to me by my local chamber of commerce (which I am a member of) on
Monday to discuss ideas.  I have many ideas myself, but was just wondering
what people think would be a good business to start up during an economic
time that we are in.

I appreciate all comments.

PS It most likely will be a locally based business (retail)
