OT: Congress Bans Lightbulbs

Congress has passed a law that will ban ordinary lightbulbs and require all
Americans to have only the new flourescent and potentially toxic ones that
are ONLY made in China, by year 2014.

disposing these bulbs, and how we are advised if we happen to drop and
break
one.  They contain MERCURY!
