I think it has become perfectly clear that there are no more "quick fixes"
for the energy problem
Ethanol is a joke
tax 'holidays" solve nothing
Lowering speed limits are only tem****ary solutions.
There will never be a time when gas falls back in price to pre 2000
levels. Until we make it obsolete
Just like JFK declared that we would land on the moon in the decade of the
60's. Some one has to step in and declare that we will be fossil fuel free
in 10 years.
All the new trick shot "band -aids" are no longer viable options.
