Definition of Angle Shooting

yee haa.  Two original posts in one day. I need a real job.

In one of those rulings/nitty/angle shooting threads on 4 we are
arguing over the definition of angle shooting.

I always thought that it was taking ambiguous or deceitful actions to
gain an advantage that is not technically cheating.  That's pretty
vague.  Simply put, manipulating the play of the game.

Anyway, some are alleging that holding people to a strict
interpretation of the rules is an angle shoot.  I always thought that
strict rules are what prevents it.  Your thoughts?
