How it works:
· ShareLotto does not sell or resell lottery tickets - we purchase
lottery tickets for the group from a state-licensed lottery agent.
a.. All members must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years of age.
b.. For each share into a group it will cost you between $2 and $20.00.
That's $2.00 for a minimum daily ticket share into "Daily Number", or Win4
games. (Midday/Evening play)
c.. Our administration services include the purchase of lottery tickets
from a state-licensed lottery agent, the monitoring of all lottery numbers
chosen during your order, e-mail notification of the drawing results and
redemption of group prizes.
d.. Each ShareLotto group consists of 10 "Paid Members" who will share
1/10 of all prize amounts. The 10th member is always ShareLotto.
e.. There are no maximum order limits, except the 5 share limit per
group
play, but members are encouraged to bet with their heads and not over
their
heads.
f.. The clubs' order cutoff time is 12:00 PM Eastern Time the day of the
drawing. Orders received after that time will be placed for the following
drawing.
g.. All tickets remain in possession of ShareLotto and the trustee, and
will not be mailed under any cir***stance.
h.. For bulk purchases or extended play we do offer discounts on group
play, so email ShareLotto@[EMAIL PROTECTED]

i.. Since our services begin immediately once you've placed your order,
all sales are final and there are no refunds after 3 days.
What If the Group Wins?
a.. Smaller wins - or all prizes under $600 - will be redeemed promptly
by
the Trustee. The Trustee will notify the group members of their winnings
and
give them the op****tunity to either get credit to their "PayPal" accounts,
or apply their winnings towards a future order.
b.. If the group wins a prize $600 or greater, we will forward each
member
an official lottery claim form, which you will fill out, including where
you
want your check sent, and then return it to us. We will then submit the
form
and ticket to the lottery commission, which will send you your check
directly. This procedure ensures that the lottery ticket remains safe and
secure, and that it is not trans****ted out of the state of purchase.
c.. If a ShareLotto group wins the JACKPOT, the Trustee and our Attorney
will handle the paperwork and make arrangements to hand deliver the
winning
ticket in person, which will be claimed at lottery headquarters at 1000
Zeckendorf Boulevard Garden City, NY 11530.
d.. If you are unable to claim a prize greater than $600 because of your
health (or any other reason), we can make arrangements to claim the prize
on
your behalf.
Getting Started:
All applicants for member****p must first signup at:
http://www.groups.yahoo.com/group/ShareLotto.
Next you must verify that you are a U.S. resident and are over the age of
18
years. It's that easy. You are now ready to purchase your shares in order
to
be included in the next group drawing.
We encourage members to open a "PayPal" account to make payments private
and
secure. This account will also be used to reimburse you any winnings.
Personal checks, bank drafts, Money Orders and cash are also acceptable
terms of payment. Note: all checks must clear before play.
Club members are charged a member****p fee only. The amounts you pay are
for
services and are based upon the "Shares" you want. You can enter a group
for
1 week to 52 weeks @[EMAIL PROTECTED]
$20 a week. Individual game play is also available
for
a minimum of $2 in the "Daily Number" and "Win4" games, and $5 for Take 5,
Lotto6, and Mega Millions.
